Our mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau eSIM covers all three destinations with one shared balance. Keep it installed as you move between them. The 10 GB plan costs $24.99 and lasts 30 days from first connection in any of the three.
We sell this plan. Its main advantage is using the same allowance across the route. If you are visiting only one destination, a country plan can cost less; the comparison below explains when paying for the regional pack makes sense.

The allowance belongs to the whole trip. You could use 2 GB in Hong Kong, 7 GB in mainland China and the remaining 1 GB in Macau on a 10 GB plan. There is no fixed allocation per destination.

The plan’s data traffic exits through Singapore. Network names and listed technology describe this specific pack; they do not mean every location has 5G or the same signal. A single-country plan can have a different network selection.
When to choose a country plan instead
If you will only use data in mainland China, our mainland China 10 GB plan costs $11.99 for 30 days, compared with $24.99 for the shared regional allowance. There is no need to pay for the regional coverage if you will not use it.
For mainland China and Hong Kong without Macau, two 5 GB country plans total $18.98: $9.99 for mainland China and $8.99 for Hong Kong, each valid for 30 days. That costs less than our shared 10 GB pack. You get separate balances, and neither of those country plans covers Macau.
Choose the three-destination pack when Macau is on your route, when you prefer one installation, or when sharing the balance matters more than splitting it evenly. Our Hong Kong-only and mainland-China-only products do not extend to the other destinations automatically.
Install once and keep the plan selected
Install over Wi-Fi using the email link or QR code. Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked. The installation guide covers both installation methods. At the first covered destination, select the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable its data roaming.
Keep that selection when you cross to the next destination. Your phone connects to a supported local network. If it does not connect, briefly turn flight mode on and off, then check the eSIM’s data and roaming settings. Keep the installed profile; deleting it is not a troubleshooting step.
Validity, top-ups and calls
The plan starts on its first connection in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau. If you install and connect while already in Hong Kong, the validity begins there; travelling onward to mainland China does not restart it. You have 180 days from purchase to activate.
You can add data from the dashboard linked in your email. Check the top-up’s price and validity before paying, and keep the same eSIM installed. This is a data-only service without a local phone number or standard calls and SMS.
