Non-Refundable eSIMs
- eSIMs that have been installed are non-refundable. Once the QR code is scanned and the eSIM is activated, it cannot be reused or resold, which is why refunds are not possible.

Refund for Unused eSIMs
- If the eSIM has not been installed or activated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, the QR code must remain unused, and the eSIM status should not show as activated

How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@travelsimasia.com. Include your order number and any relevant details to expedite the process.

Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Exceptions
- Refunds cannot be provided in cases where the eSIM is incompatible with your device, as we provide a detailed compatibility list on our website. Please ensure your device is supported before purchase.
