At TravelSim Asia, we strive to provide the best service to ensure your seamless connectivity while traveling. Below are the details of our refund policy:

  1. Non-Refundable eSIMs

    • eSIMs that have been installed are non-refundable. Once the QR code is scanned and the eSIM is activated, it cannot be reused or resold, which is why refunds are not possible.
  2. Refund for Unused eSIMs

    • If the eSIM has not been installed or activated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, the QR code must remain unused, and the eSIM status should not show as activated

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@travelsimasia.com. Include your order number and any relevant details to expedite the process.
  2. Processing Time

    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
  3. Exceptions

    • Refunds cannot be provided in cases where the eSIM is incompatible with your device, as we provide a detailed compatibility list on our website. Please ensure your device is supported before purchase.
