The 50GB / 10-day plan starts counting on installation, so install it when you’re ready to use it. All other plans start on their first connection in Thailand and can be installed before travel. You have 180 days from purchase to activate.
The network and connection type are shown on each plan. Choose your allowance and validity, then open its details for the start time and top-up support.
Match the allowance and number of days to your trip, then check the network and start time in the plan details. The 50GB / 10-day plan starts on installation; the other plans start on their first connection in Thailand.

All plans except the 50GB / 10-day option support top-ups from your eSIM dashboard. That 10-day option is a standalone plan; choose a new eSIM when you need more data.
Yes. Keep your regular SIM and use the travel eSIM for mobile data. Your messaging apps keep their existing accounts. Turn off data roaming and automatic data switching for your regular SIM; calls and texts on it use your usual carrier’s rates.
Use the link or QR code in your email while connected to Wi-Fi. Install the 50GB / 10-day plan when you’re ready to start using it; the other plans can be installed ahead of travel. In Thailand, select the eSIM for mobile data and turn on its data roaming.
